Since 1993
More than 30 years channeling the source of life
In 1993 two friends opened a small plumbing shop. Today DEKKO is a group with three factories. It makes plastic pipes and metal valves for homes, hospitals, factories and new cities all over Vietnam.

Factory No. 2 opens in My Hao, Hung Yen: 40,000 m² with Austrian and German lines. The capacity for pipes and fittings doubles.

The first factory
The first factory opens in Van Lam, Hung Yen. DEKKO is a pioneer in bringing premium PPR pipes to the market.

Phuc Ha Company Limited is founded, with one motto: quality comes first.
1993
Two friends, one shop
Nguyen Van Phuc and Nguyen Manh Ha, two friends, open the Phuc Ha plumbing shop. This is where DEKKO begins.
What we make
Two main lines of business
One manufacturer for the whole water system: from the main pipe in the ground to the last valve in the house.
Pipes for every kind of water
PPR, uPVC and HDPE pipes made on Austrian and German lines to DIN and ISO standards. They carry hot and cold water in buildings, drain the city, irrigate fields and hold fish-farming cages at sea.

DEKKO is also a distributor of Hoa Phat steel pipes (black, hot-dip galvanised and structural sections), and supplies pipe fittings, valves, water meters and fire-fighting equipment.
